Step 1

Step 2 : Option 1

You can then purchase all 24 lessons, so that you can refer to them at any moment in time and revisit to gain clarity.

Option 2

You can have private 1:1 sessions to go through the 24 lessons, over a 18 week period. This personalised approach creates a deeper level of change and challenge. 

Details:

  1. £50.00 per 30 minute session. Payments are made on the 1st of the month (£200.00)
  2. 1 session per week.
  3. Targets set and measured to ensure weight reduction.
  4. After the 12 weeks we might identify you putting on the weight was much needed in that moment in time  and now we need to ask the unconscious to release it. Therefore a therapeutic intervention would be required lasting up to 1 hour 30 minutes and costing £150.
Option 3

You can take part in group sessions to go through the 24 lessons, over a 20 week period. This team approach creates solidarity, motivation, a support network, accountability and a weekly  weight reduction check in.

Details:

  1. £20.00 per session lasting 40 minutes (10 people Max). Payments are made in advance on the 1st of every
    month (£80.00).
  2. 1 session per week.
  3. Targets set and measured weekly.
  4. After the 12 weeks we might identify you putting on the weight was much needed in that moment in time and now we need to ask the unconscious to release it.  Therefore a therapeutic intervention would be required lasting up to 1 hour 30 minutes and costing £150.

My personal Journey with food....

When I was training I focused on my binge eating habits that were a result of my own Acute Childhood Experiences (ACE) around food. I worked through it with an extra IEMT and  OldFat2Go® session.

I am happy to say I no longer binge eat and I can
  1. leave food on my plate.
  2. eat less than my husband.
  3. eat 1 rather than the packet.
  4. say no to food.
  5. eat small potions of food.
  6. eat only when hungry.
  7. drink 2 glasses of water every hour.
  8. enjoy eating.
  9. look in the mirror and see myself for the first time. It is so good to be me!
  10. enjoy eating clean food.
  11. say no to processed food.
